Calculus

Power Rule, Constant Multiple Rule, Derivative of Sin and Cos.

Discuss d/dx notations versus f ' (x) notation

Derivitaves are more than yet another operation, like raising to a power or taking a square root, they produce slope functions and functions that have meaning on their own...  such as the first derivative of the gravity acceleration function being a velocity function... and the derivative of the velocity function being the position function.

Aside:  Why Gravity is not a force:

Gravity and velocity of stellar objects  could prove to be life-changing for us humans walking around on Earth.

Dont' think it could happen...?  Small impacts happen all the time...  with dramatic effect.
