Write 2 paragraphs summarizing what you learned today about 4 D objects and / or Klein bottles.

Creating Geometric Solids by Folding Nets

Class divided into 6 groups.  Each group must create 3 different solids (cutting, coloring, taping)

Paper with group members and proper description of each solid turned in along with foldables.




PreCalculus

Conduct multiple drop tests with different size objects (basketball, tennis ball...)

Video drops and use slow motion / freeze frame to tabulate height versus time...

Use Google sheets to curve fit and graph drops...

Work in groups of 4...  each group completes questions on p. 1030 and turn in individually.


Calculus

prep for Damped Sinusoidal activity tomorrow.  Create "Drop Zone"  wall (height) charts. 

Find tennis balls, rubber balls, etc. to use tomorrow.  Make sure you have smart phone that can do video (frame by frame is a plus)

Tabulate data and enter into Google Sheets.  Graph and curve fit.  Discuss  Type up results.  .
